Store Policies

My store policies are simple and straight forward:

*Shipping costs:
FREE SHIPPING & HANDLING ON ALL ORDERS WITH SHIPPING ADDRESSES WITHIN THE USA. Free shipping of small items like hats eg. also to Canada, the shipping terms are mentioned in my item description.

International buyers, please contact me prior to your purchase for a shipping quote if not stated in the item description. This will mainly refer to heavier clothes.

*PAYMENT: At this point I accept paypal (all major credit cards and e-checks, you don't need to create a paypal account, but all your online payments will go through paypal). Payment by money order or check can be arranged, but please contact me prior to your purchase.

*RETURNS: Generally I will accept returns. In case of wrong items sent or damaged or lost, I will always try to make things right for you. In this case I will send a replacement. If this is not possible (for example it is a One Of A Kind Item) I will refund your payment. In case that you simply don't like the item that you received, I will work with you. I will be open to offer merchandise of equal or lesser sale price in exchange. Depending on the item and shipping costs, I may have to ask you to fund the shipping of exchanged items and you need to return the unwanted items. In any case, please communicate with me first via email!

*SHIPPING methods: I usually ship with USPS services like 1st class mail, Parcel Mail or Priority Mail, but may use other carriers if needed. You will be informed about the shipping process. If items are pre-made they usually ship within 48 hours after your payment has been received.

*COMMUNICATION is key to me, please don't hesitate to ask all your questions, I'll be glad to talk to you!

*PRIVACY is always a priority and will never be violated by giving out personal/financial information to third parties! If I have left out any information, just ask.

Sales Tax: 4.5% sales tax will be added to your order if you are a resident in Oklahoma (will be added at the Paypal website where you will process your payment). My husband and I have registered Purple Sage Designz LLC as legal business company in Oklahoma.
